Was so glad to see a Popeyes come to Franklin and I've been here several times since it opened. So far I've been really impressed with how fast they get my food to me despite it being pretty busy.
One time I ordered some chicken tenders and I was waiting in line and after a few minutes they called for my order and they said that they were sorry it took longer than usual and gave me a few extra tenders for free to make up for it. It didn't even seem like it took that long but to them they thought so which I thought was nice. -

For years I hoped that Popeyes would come to Franklin. When it first opened, it was great! However, like all the others that came before it, Arby's, Bojangles, Oasis, etc, it went down quick fast and in a hurry. The service is my biggest complaint. They really seem to not be able to work as a team and just can't get it together. I can't point out where the problem lyes, but it's evident that if it continues, it'll suffer the same fate as some of those afore mentioned fast food places. It's hard to be worse than Frankiln Taco Bell, but they are on the fast track to compete with them.
Good luck! -

Scary how quick this place went down . I give it 3 months maybe 6. Food SUCKS!!! They can't keep decent help. Not GOOD help just decent. I walked in today and a toothless meth addict was taking orders and she didn't know how to. Tired of trying to suppt local restaurants when they don't support themselves and me as a customer.

Great place to eat. 4 stars is the best I give fast food so this is the highest it can get for me. I have now been there 5 times. Each time the chicken is fresh and hot and very good. It is not greasy nor dry it is just right.
We have a large family and we always get the $20 deal it's a 9 piece and two large sides (big big fire basket)and 4 biscuits.
I decided to finally take the time to write a review because of the good service. The manager there went above and beyond to make sure we were happy. Even checking with us after we sat down and brought out extra plates for us. She was very nice and friendly.
We are glad that they have come to franklin and we hope they will stay, and that franklinites will support them. -

Finally we have a Popeyes restaurant here in Frankvegas! I believe it's the moment we all been waiting for to break up the monotony. Although we have other places that serve chicken it's Not Popeyes famous BONIFIDE Louisiana chicken. It's fairly new so I figure let's wait it out until the lines shorten and the hype wears off a little.
A week later and hearing how great the chicken tastes, it was about time I went over for lunch. As I went to the drive thru it look kinda long but not trailing along the building. Actually it took a few minutes to get my order took. I believe in their training they were told to keep a hurried pace. I really felt rushed in the process of deciding what sides I wanted since I was avoiding gravies or seafood. By the way they serve fish and shrimp as well, I was totally out for the star of the show, the chicken.
In no time I got the 4 piece meal (2 breast and 2 legs) with 3 fries, a biscuit and slaw for 13 bucks! Not bad for a shared lunch and the food was hot and the chicken breast was perfectly cooked juicy and seasoned crunchy skin. Not to mention the seasoned fries are reorder worthy. We got the regular seasoning, but next time I will be adventurous and get the spicey. The only drawback was my chicken leg could've been cooked more. I know no one likes dry chicken but there's nothing like a crispy leg. I still ate the crust, which was pretty decent.
Hopefully my next visit the chicken will be cooked just a little longer to make sure it is done. I will have the fries in mind because you can't go wrong with all that deliciousness and the sweet tea was definitely southern style tea all good and sweet. Next trip I will ask for well done chicken.
